A5 to A3 prints are professionally printed onto the finest quality, 300 gsm matte stock and will arrive cellophane wrapped with a protective card.
A2 and A1 prints are professionally printed onto the finest quality 180 gsm matte stock and will arrive rolled.
- DOES THE PRINT COME WITH A WHITE BORDER?
Some of our prints are created with a white border as part of the design and some aren't. If the main website image shows a white border around the print, your print will come with the border.

Orders to the UK will be shipped using an express next-working day service from FedEx. Our delivery schedule is 2-5 working days for all orders, once shipped your order will be scheduled for delivery the following working day.

Our International shipping times are in line with courier standards, unfortunately we have no control should any delays occur in your delivery due to customs.
Delivery times are estimated, please note all tracked shipping services are estimated using FedEx times. All orders have tracked delivery available, so you can follow the delivery via your shipping email and tracking link.

How long do I get to return?
Our return policy is 14 days from when you received your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we are unable to issue you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
Customised prints and personalised prints are not eligible for a refund.
If you believe your item to be faulty please let us know within 14 days so that we can do our best to rectify the issue for you.
How do I return?
To complete your return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your parcel, with your the completed returns form to the address provided.
For any items that arrive damaged please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving so we are able to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How long until I get my money back?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this can take up to 10 working days.
I haven't received my refund?
If you haven’t yet received your refund, please first contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I return sale items?
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange?
If you wish to exchange something, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and complete the returns form included in your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note it is the buyers responsibly to pay shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and unfortunately we cant process a refund unless we have received the parcel.
*please ensure when returning fragile items in particular that they are sufficiently wrapped and protected. Unfortunately we can not refund the cost price for any items that are returned to us damaged. Thank you :)
